ANGELUS [English]

V. The angel of the Lord declared unto Mary.
R. And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.
Hail Mary, ...
V. Behold the handmaid of the Lord,
R. Be it done to me according to Thy word.
Hail Mary, ...
V. And the Word was made flesh,
R. And dwelt among us.
Hail Mary, ...
V. Pray for us, O holy Mother of God,
R. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let us pray.
Pour forth, we beseech Thee, Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that, as we have known the Incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, by the message of an angel, so by His Passion and Cross we may be brought to the glory of the Resurrection. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.
V. May the divine assistance remain always with us.
R. May the souls of the faithful, by the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Prayer to the Holy Name of Jesus

Jesus, Name full of glory, grace, love and strength! Thou art the refuge of those who repent, our banner of warfare in this life, the medicine of souls, the comfort of those who morn, the delight of those who believe, the light of those who preach the true faith, the wages of those who toil, the healing of the sick. To Thee our devotion aspires; by Thee our prayers are received; we delight in contemplating Thee. O Name of Jesus, Thou art the glory of all the saints for eternity. Amen.
- St. Bernardine of Siena .

Memorare to Our Lady

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
